Terms of Service

Last updated: June 23, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of QRLoom (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

QRLoom lets you create and manage static and dynamic QR codes, customize their appearance, and view scan analytics for dynamic codes. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Create QR codes that link to malware, phishing, fraud, or other malicious or deceptive content.
  • Distribute illegal content or content that infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others, or distribute spam.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Service or others.

5. Pro Subscriptions and Billing

The Service offers a free plan and a paid “Pro” plan. Pro subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly unless otherwise stated) through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your chosen payment method for the applicable fees until you cancel.

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain Pro features until then. Except where required by law or expressly stated, payments are non-refundable. We may change our prices, and any changes will apply to future billing periods.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you put into your QR codes. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that content in order to operate the Service. You are solely responsible for the content and destinations of your QR codes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any QR code will function in all readers or conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QRLoom and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as disclaimers and liability limits) will continue to apply.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
